What a property transfer in Dubai really costs.
DLD and trustee charges are fixed and published. These are the amounts you see on a standard resale.

4% of the sale price, usually split between buyer and seller or agreed between them.

For properties of AED 500,000 and above. Below that it is AED 2,000 plus VAT.

The Dubai Land Department and the registration trustee set these fees, with small knowledge and innovation charges on top. The developer charges for its NOC separately, usually somewhere between AED 500 and AED 5,000.
